Description

The 2019 Cuma Cabernet Sauvignon has a dark ruby-red color, with purple highlights. On the nose, there is an explosion of spicy dark berries and black currants, with red pepper and black olive notes. These aromas are echoed on the palate as harmonious flavors, along with ripe black berries, before firm but ripe tannins and an elegant, persistent finish.

Aromas of blueberry and raspberry are floral and exotic, which is usual for Cafayate wines. This has a chunky, grapy mouthfeel and fruit-cake flavors of stewed berry and plum along with spice notes. A jammy feeling finish is low on structure.
